I am in the Air Force DEP waiting for my assignment, i am trying to bulk up. I have done pretty good with creatine and protein and weight gainers. I even use NO xplode before workouts, but im looking for something even better, almost like a steroid. But the only prob is the Air Force checks for everything in their drug tests so i cant take a steroid. Any suggestions
I was looking up the facts about creatine and deciding whether or not I should take it, but some sites stated that creatine has no effect on muscle building that it only adds the bulk by retaining water in the muscles, while others said ttha *** gave substatantial muscle gain. If creatine isn’t a good supplement then what is?
I am 15 years old and I want to get ripped fast. Do you think I should take creatine as a supplement for my workouts? Also, if I do not like it, can i stop taking it altogether, or will my muscle gains from creatine diminish.

Ok my dad bought me creatine and protein formula because im working out. Now i have a feeling protein is not working out i see little improvements on biceps but no where else. Seems like im getting fatter but not gaining in pounds, weird. I only workout for 1 hour becuase if follow bowflex rules. Im actually supposed to work out for 30 minutes but i go for 1 hour or longer. My dad says am i allowed to take creatine. Im under 18 so am i allowed to take it? Like small doses? I bought it from GNC and what exactly does protein formula do and what does the creatine do? THANKS!
