im 5′10, 160 lbs, and 16 years old. none of my weight is fat so im pretty skinny… so im considering taking creatine. i work out daily, so my strength is proportional to my size. im worried that if i take creatine, it will only build muscle but not help with strength, making me look buff when im not. will it help with strength too?
