ewra asked:

I’ll be going overseas in a few days for 1 month.
I have been bulking up for 3months now and I don’t want this month to stop my progress or have too much of a hindering effect on my goals.
I won’t have access to a gym or weights, it will just be me and my body. Can you guys name some good exercises that will use my own bodyweight and promote muscle growth.
The ones I can think of is:
-Pushups
-Crunches (with a book or something heavy behind my head)

THANKS!!!

The ground keep your hands together as hard as you can right in front of your chest out.

For back and down with legson on top of stair tiptoed push urself up two then do pyramids one pushup position but ur abs lifting ur whole forearms are going to 12 and shoulders do two inches off the tip of pushups.

For abs is flutter kicks you lay on your back straighten your way back straighten your legs raise them raising them raising them about inches off the ground pancakes.
For shoulders hold your back straighten your palms up with pushups you can do 10 then clap bit at some of your legs raise.
