pilates exercises

It’s been ages since I last exercised, so I’m really out of shape. I’ve recently tried to start doing Pilates, but when I try to do the beginner-level exercises, it’s damned near impossible. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

My first classes so would definately be hard just stick it out and it will get better no pain no.

For persistance eventually you will be able to do them and it wont take long.
