Ive been taking Muscle-Tech Nitro-Tech hardcore, and although I’ve liked the results it doesn’t sit well with my stomach and I’ve heard bad things about it. What other products would give the same results but with less side effects?

I was just wondering what supplement or milkshake was the best for muscle building. I have tried Muscle Milk and Mass *** and do not think that they work very well, they just add more calories to your diet. Is there anything out there that can really help you build muscle besides steroids? Is Creatine effective, and if it is…is it healthy? Thank you in advance for your answers.
My TB is a touch on the slim side, his ribs are not visable but his hip bone and shoulders stick out a bit. He is currently on feed to build condition, does he need good condition before muscle building can happen? He is schooled about 5 times a week.
I go to the gym 4x a week and do some lifting, mainly my arms, chest, back, and abs. I do a little with my legs sometimes but not really that much. I want to concentrate on these areas with the muscle building, but i have some stubborn fat around my stomach that really doesn’t want to go away…

I’ve been starting to do daily workouts and it consists of push ups sit up, cockroaches, diamond push up, i have a 12lb dumbbell that i work with then, a ab work out called smart abs.
