I like to workout and stuff. I wanted to know if it was necessary or essential for a 15 year old male to take muscle supplements. Can you still earn muscle without it?
I mean like whey and protien supplements not steroids.

Im 6 feet tall and a 140 pounds. I’ve been working out evry other day for almost a year now but i have no gained a single pound nor have i got any bigger. Its very annoying.
