I’ve been into bodybuilding for two years, and the results are fantastic. However, I don’t know any good exercises that work the calf muscles. I do squats, leg curls and extensions, etc., but all those focus mainly on the upper legs and do very little for the lower legs. And I lift at my house and not a gym, so I don’t own much equipment for working the legs. What are some exercises I could perform for my calves that involve mainly free weights and no machines? Or, do I need to buy a machine, and if so, what would you suggest? Thanks for your help?
