After I get to work, I eat a breakfast from the cafeteria. Should I make another muscle gain shake then?
I’m in my 30’s, and my metabolism has FINALLY slowed a little. I feel like this is the best time of my life so far to really build some mass.
How far off am I?
I am going to try and mix it up, and I’m slowly adding cardio - exercise bike, treadmill, stair stepper.
